Ani's Summer Friday Faves: Favourite Cartoonists

My favourite cartoonists are Gary Larson and Bill Watterson are two of the funniest guys around. We had their cartoon collections scattered everywhere, including one of each in our biffy for toilet reads. I am sure they both would be very impressed how many times my dad sat in the biffy laughing at their cartoons but I think it is a high compliment. My uncle still has a weekly post of Calvin and Hobbes on Facebook. They are the Kings of Cartoon.

I've heard that Bill Watterson had some struggles with his cartoon dynasty. It took over his life and he retired in the 90's at the height of his success. If you want to learn more, search him up. There are still many collections able to be found online and at second hand stores.
